However, you should remember that you cannot file a complaint without first exhausting the application process. Upon receiving a complaint or learning of an alleged violation on its own initiative, the Board conducts the necessary investigation into matters within its jurisdiction. If no response is provided within sixty (60) days from the date of the complaint, the request is deemed rejected.
